Terms & Conditions

• Lessons: Cancellations must be made with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
• Tests: Cancellations must be made with a minimum notice of 72 hours.
• Charge: Failure to provide the required notice will incur a full charge for the scheduled service.

• No refunds are offered for pre-booked Vort tests arranged through the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) via an Authorized Examiner (AE) contractor.
• DIT's policy restricts cancellations or amendments, which must be arranged no less than two full business days in advance, limiting the ability to rebook.

• Eligibility: in cases where a training package has been partially used, a partial refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
• Termination: If the client terminates the agreement midway, any partial refund will be calculated based on the full, non-discounted lesson rate.
• Deductions: The school will deduct any planning or quotation fees, up to $499, from the original payment before issuing any refund.

• Enrollment is contingent upon the participant's full availability from 8:00am to 6:00pm daily during the specified course duration (either 1 or 4 weeks)

• Participants must attend all scheduled classes without the option to reject or reschedule.
• The course may include extended training sessions, with a maximum of 6 hours per day, based on individual progress and needs.

• The provided time frames (1 or 4 weeks) are optimal estimates; actual completion depends on the participant's learning pace and their ability to meet the performance criteria outlined in the Driving Companion Lookbook or VORT manual.
